Kriss Harvey


Kriss Harvey is a seasoned pastry chef, chocolatier and teacher from Los Angeles, CA.

He spent his early years training with Sylvain Guyez at the Ritz Carlton before leaving for Europe.

Upon his return, he joined Hyatt International and worked as the Executive Pastry Chef of the Park Hyatt Chicago before joining the opening team of Wynn Las Vegas and then Joel Robuchon.

In 2013, he joined Jose Andres as the Executive Pastry Chef of the SLS at Beverly Hills before venturing on his own. Chef Harvey's training is  rooted in teachings from 

legendary pastry chefs across the USA and Europe paired with his own 

bold, purist lens.
