In this live event, teams of two professionals will need to design, create, and produce a single showpiece with a theme of their choosing in 8 hours. Building from scratch, each piece must demonstrate three techniques: sculpted, casted, and carved. Each team will be required to bring all necessary equipment and tools needed to complete their creations and displays. At the end of the time the teams will have chosen to build their showpieces on the presentation platform or move their final piece to the presentation table. Competitors will have the artistic freedom of building their piece to extend off the display table, use the table as needed and be as creative and original as possible.
