Concept Cakes Competition
Welcome to the exciting competition where professionals and hobbyists come together to showcase their creativity in reinventing the tiered cake and tell a story through cake and other edible mediums.
Though the cake’s interior will be inedible, it should be representative of a cake that could be recreated in a bakery setting or professional kitchen and served at a large gathering.
Competitors will create their concept cakes ahead of time, off-site, according to the competition rules. Open to professional cake artists and hobbyists.
