 In this live event, competitors will craft their gelato creations from scratch in the competition kitchens, with complete freedom to choose their flavors.

 After registration, 6 competitors will be invited and tasked with producing, decorating, and displaying 3 pans of a single gelato flavor, 3 pans of a single flavor sorbet and 25 finished popsicles.
