Viki Kane is a pastry chef and food stylist currently living in Seattle, WA. Her career

began similarly to so many others in her field, by making a few fun cakes for family and

friends. Before long, her sweet little hobby turned into pastry school and the rest is a

continually evolving history full of exciting adventures in flour and sugar!

Over the years, Viki has proven herself to be a talented baker, decorator, competitor,

entrepreneur, and educator. Along with having run a successful dessert catering

business, Viki’s work has appeared in numerous wedding blogs and cake publications,

as well as having made her mark both on camera and off. She is also a Food Network

Alumni, winning 5 of the 6 shows she has competed on! If you are a cake show addict,

there’s no doubt you have seen her on Cake Wars, Wedding Cake Championship, Big

Time Bake, or possibly, Ridiculous Cakes.

Viki also utilizes her skills as a consultant and food stylist for many of the popular

baking shows we have come to know and love. She has worked on shows such as Nailed

It, Baking Impossible, Baketopia, Baker’s Dozen, Snoop and Martha’s Very Tasty

Halloween, Crime Scene Kitchen, Bake Squad, and Kids Baking Championship.

Ultimately, if there is an opportunity for her to play with food all day, she’s all in!
